If you would like something that differs from the products you can see on our website then give us a call and we can either custom build or source something to suit your needs.

Your artificial planting will arrive securely packaged in either a box or wrapped on a pallet, once unpacked you can then dress out the foliage if necessary. Many of our potted items include a bonded stone finish, the stones will be supplied to you separately in a sealed packet. Snip a corner off the bag, pour the pre-glued stones over the card board or foam, spread the stones evenly in a thin layer and leave to set in a warm place. This should only take a couple of hours and then your display can be moved into position.

At Evergreen Direct quality is key and all of our artificial trees, plants and hedges are made from the highest quality silk, plastics and latex. Many of our products are also UV stabilised to protect the products from discolouring and fading outdoors. Damages

Order Damaged in Transit

We’re sorry to hear that your artificial greenery arrived damaged. We completely understand how disappointing that can be, and we’re here to make things right for you.

To help resolve this, we kindly ask that you send us a picture of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. This will allow us to file a compensation claim with the courier on your behalf. The compensation we receive will fully cover the cost of either a replacement or a refund—whichever option you prefer.

Once we have the image, we’ll take care of the rest and ensure this is sorted out for you as quickly as possible.

We understand that finding loose leaves inside the packaging can be a bit concerning. In some cases, this might indicate that the plant has been damaged during transit, and if that’s the case, we’re here to help—just send us a photo and we’ll take a look.

However, more often than not, these loose leaves are simply extra foliage that wasn’t attached during the production process. Occasionally, a few extra leaves may be gathered that don’t have a place on the branch which is why then end up loose in the box

Additionally, for certain products, we purposely request that some extra leaves be enclosed in the box as spares for any repairs or future needs you might have.

If you notice a small number of leaves in the box this is usually for the reasons above. But if you find larger pieces of foliage, or if your plant looks sparse, it’s likely something is amiss. In that case, or if you’d simply like someone to check it over, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

If you find that your starter pot has arrived slightly cracked or chipped, we completely understand your concern. As a first point of call, we can always send an additional starter pot to sit the plant in, if needed.

That said, it’s worth noting that the starter pot is really just a base designed to support the plant until you re-pot it into something more decorative. The Decorative pot is not only needed to help fit in with the style of the space your greenery is being displayed. But it is also needed to add additional stability, the starter pots are on small and therefore need something with a little more surface area to ensure the trees are nice and stable

From both a business and environmental perspective, we try to avoid sending out full replacements in these cases. The process of collecting the item, sending out replacements, and the packaging involved can be quite resource-intensive for what is generally a minor issue.

If you pot is smashed of damaged please send images to us and we can offer guidance on how to repair, repot, or if needed replaced.

However, if the bends or creases cannot be resolved through the methods above and still look severe and are affecting the overall look of the plant, it’s possible that a replacement may be needed. In that case, please email some pictures to us and we will either find another solution or send a replacement.

Delivery

Who will deliver my order?

We work with a few trusted couriers to ensure your order gets to you safely and on time. For most orders, we use APC Overnight or Royal Mail. However, for larger items or bulk orders, we dispatch via the TPN Pallet Network to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

Rest assured, we carefully choose the best courier based on the size and type of your order to give you the smoothest delivery experience possible!

Each of our products will have a message indicating how long it will take to prepare. For most standard items, we dispatch the same day for next working day delivery, as long as your order is placed before 1pm.

However, if you’ve requested Evergreen to pot your greenery into a chosen planter, it may take a little longer. We allow the plant to set for 48 hours before dispatch, so potted items may take up to 5 working days from the date of order to reach you.

Please always refer to the lead time message on the product page, or if you’re unsure, feel free to give us a call or drop us a message. For bespoke orders, we’ll always provide a clear timeline for delivery.

For all UK mainland postcodes, we’re happy to offer free standard delivery on your order. If you’d like your items sooner, you can upgrade to express shipping for a small fee. This fee depends on the value of your order, and once all your items are in your basket, you’ll be able to see the express shipping upgrade option.

We also dispatch to locations outside mainland UK, but this is priced on application. Please get in touch with us, as we like to reach out to several couriers to find the best possible price for you. The most suitable courier will depend on both your location and the specific products you’re ordering.

We offer a variety of delivery services to ensure your items reach you safely and efficiently:

Small Parcel Delivery
For smaller items, we use first-class Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll notify you via email, and you can expect it to arrive within a couple of days alongside your regular mail.

Doorstep Delivery
Most of our products are dispatched via APC’s next working day courier service. After your order is prepared, we’ll send you an email confirming dispatch, along with tracking details. APC operates a doorstep delivery service, meaning your goods will be delivered right to the entrance of your home.

Pallet Delivery
For bulk orders or larger items, we send goods via the TPN network on a pallet. This is a kerbside delivery service, which means the driver will offload your order from the vehicle to the roadside bordering your premises. Please note that this service does not include taking items inside, setup, assembly, or removal of packaging. We recommend arranging for assistance to help move these items into your premises.

Mainland UK is a set of postcodes that are defined by our couriers and refer to the more ‘central’ areas of the UK. This generally excludes any islands, Northern Ireland, and more remote areas of Scotland that aren’t as densely populated.

Unfortunately, deliveries to these locations often cost a little more due to the extra distances involved from local depots or the need for ferry or air transport. If you’re located outside mainland UK, we’ll be happy to help arrange delivery and find the most cost-effective option for your specific location. Please send us the goods you would like to purchase along with your delivery address, and we will find the cheapest courier to transport goods to you. We do not charge you the full fee, we only pass on the difference between the inflated delivery charge and the standard UK delivery cost.

While our website currently only processes orders for delivery within mainland UK, we’re happy to let you know that we do dispatch goods worldwide! In these cases, we like to ensure we find the best and most cost-effective delivery option for you.

How do I return my order?

  1. Do not use the artificial plants – we can’t accept returns if the items have been used.

  2. Repackage the items in their original packaging to keep them safe during transit.

  3. Contact us to request a returns form – this will help speed up the refund process.

  4. We’ll get back to you within one working day with a returns form to complete.

  5. Enclose the returns form inside your parcel. This will ensure we know who to bounce the funds back to when the goods arrive back in our warehouse.

  6. Return the goods via courier. We recommend using a comparison service like www.parcel2go.com to find the best shipping price.

Once we receive the items, they will be inspected, and your refund will be processed straight away. This can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, we cover one direction of the carriage. Since we offer free outbound delivery, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
